B) Aim of the treatment (art. 6 par.1 GDPR).
B1) for the purpose of complying with legal requirements; to comply with obligations under law, regulation or Community legislation, or obligations under instructions from supervisory authorities or bodies;for the purpose of consulting this domain;
for the purpose of managing the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship with Focusmed: specifically, for the purpose of designing and providing personalized assistance services and professional training;
purposes strictly related to and instrumental to the management of the aforementioned relationship (e.g. for the acquisition of pre-contractual information and for the execution of services and operations, as contractually agreed);
for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of Focusmed: for the performance of preliminary checks related to the completion of the contract, to execute a request from the customer and/or potential customer; for quality control, research and development to improve products and services;
for communications of commercial information and sending of advertising/information material of goods and services similar to those covered by the contract, including automated and conventional methods, electronic mail and web applications related;
B2) for the communication of commercial information and the sending of advertising/information material for goods and services, including subsidiaries, parent companies, associates, joint controllers, deemed of your interest, both with automated and conventional methods, e-mail and related Web applications, by virtue of the express consent;
C) Personal data categories.
We process your personal data provided at the time of filling out the forms prepared at the collection points in the domain, directly or indirectly related to your relationship with FocusMed and necessary for the fulfillment of law and contract. The provision of data is not mandatory. Failure to provide data, essential for registration, makes it impossible for the Data Controller, the Data Processors, and those in charge to carry out the processing operations and to provide the related services.
The IP number and the type of browser you used to connect to this domain (unidentified data) are also subject to processing and are automatically recorded by logical protection and control devices used exclusively for network traffic verification purposes.
E) Recipients of personal data.
As part of the purposes indicated above, your data will be or may be communicated to:
banks and/or credit institutions charged with regulating payments in accordance with the agreed arrangements;
insurance institutions for the definition of any claims for damages;
bodies or bodies authorized to fulfill the relevant obligations within the limits of the law;
subsidiaries, subsidiaries, associates, joint controllers, and data processors as natural or legal persons who, also under contract with Focusmed, provide specific processing services or carry out related activities, instrumental or support to those of Focusmed.
The names of any external Data Processors and Joint Data Controllers can be found at the Data Controller or can be requested by communication to be sent to the addresses indicated in paragraph a) above.
The information is provided for Focusmed domains and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The presence of the information ensures that the user is within a domain of Focusmed or those in charge.
F) Data transfer outside the European Union.
Pursuant to art. 45 GDPR, the transfer of personal data may take place to a third country or an international organization if the Commission has decided that the third country or international organization concerned ensures an adequate level of protection or other appropriate guarantees provided for in the GDPR.
G) Modality of data treatment.
In relation to the stated purposes, the processing of your personal data will be carried out with the support of paper, computer or telematic means to store, transmit and share the data. Focusmed informs that the data provided are subject to processing by persons in charge, both manual, paper and computerized, through their insertion in archives and databases. The Data Controller and Data Processors shall put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in compliance with current legislation, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.
H) Personal data storing period.
As part of the purposes indicated above, your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract and for the ten years following the period in which the Data Controller is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes, contractual, or other impositions provided for by law or regulation or for the purposes already indicated, after this period, if not expressly confirmed by the interested party, will be deleted.
By way of example and not exhaustively:
for commercial purposes, taking into account the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to keep the personal data collected to offer goods and services deemed to be of interest to you, personal data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period of time necessary to the attainment of this interest and precisely until the conclusion of the contract;
for the fulfilment of legal or contractual obligations up to ten years after the contractual expiry and in any case for the period imposed by law or resulting from the contract;
in the case of disputes, for the period necessary for the judicial and/or out-of-court defence and in any case for a subsequent period of at least ten years from the contractual expiry and/or for the time necessary for the defence in court.
Data subject rights

The Data Controller will do every reasonable action to verify that the consent is given or authorized, in relation to disposable technologies.
You can eventually propose any complaints (art. 77 GDPR) the Privancy Guarantee and/or the opposition to their treatment (art. 21 GDPR).
